About her
I feel I enjoy a happy life and would be pleased to share it with someone.
In the morning I leap from my bed and zoom around the house whipping open curtains/blinds, planning my day, generally and if I don't have work projects that I need to get on with, or anybody around to escape it with I tend get stuck into endless home and garden fixings.
Since my parents, a Rocket scientist and Swiss nurse died a few years ago in their nineties, plus their marbles! ) I have become accustomed to a lot of silence, due to not having allowed myself to have children. I was the eldest of seven and my siblings have begat thirteen! so at least I have NOT done something for the planet, but might enjoy somebody else's if they were not too silly about them.
I email and phone friends but seldom see them because they are either working or have left london, live abroad or have children and loads of grandchildren to entertain.
Despite years of working in film, television and theatre pre production here and abroad and some teaching in Arts Uni, ( admittedly mainly with younger people ) I have not for some time wherever I have been met one loose or likely male, as even men that drift in my direction at events seem to be soon snatched away by wives or girlfriends.
So, should some civilised left-ish, pleasant man around my own age be intelligent and grown up enough to consider that YES even me at my age I could possibly be as able a contender as my decade less younger friends, please get in touch.

A clever man....who has friends, interests and things to do but might like to consider getting a good plan together with me, for the next hopefully 25 years.
One who maybe works sometimes but enjoys doing some of the things retired people can do such as getting out on weekdays walking around gallery's, castles, houses and garden's nicking a seed head or two. And enjoys visiting islands, snorkelling and floating in warm seas on DIY holidays but not motor homing! but is not so restless he is unable to spend a whole day at home.
A man who might appreciate having his sweaters hand washed, mended and pressed and notices details like how and where to stick his shoes and hang his coat, and is able to create and enjoy fairly organised surroundings.
And a man who understands that schmoozing women is painfully unnecessary but extracting the Michael when and where deserved can be very funny okay.
And a man who can cope and look after himself and maybe even me if we agree that I can take on some slightly OTT project such as the Elephant puppet I made a few years ago in a hurry ( photo ) that I am trying to get myself to fix up a bit more to donate as a fund raiser to an elephant charity.
.Pigs might fly, ( as if! ).
