I live a fulfilling life, doing everything I love.
Having lived overseas for the last 30 years, making my beautiful nests along the way; I am now feeling very humbled by my life and its extraordinary ways.
Happily in process of reinventing myself and feeling a draw back to spend more time back in the homeland and Europe..
I am currently a ceramic artist in Japan with my own Gallery and Cafe, and spend my winters traveling .. of late in Bali.
A fabulous lifestyle with a wonderful, intimate group of friends..
but sadly one that seems not to put me in the worlds of tall men who insist on making me laugh and who I long to touch.
So here I am ...
sort of bursting with love
and a cheeky yearning for some abstract devotion..
Love designing spaces and artisanal things .. wabi sabi ..
new conversations.. different questions..
Searching out antiques, strolling back streets and generally staying out of the crowds..
Drawn to patina and that unobvious warp to life...
Mostly savouring the small things really.
Mulling over our human psyche,
stretching my mind, speaking the truth..
staying curious and mostly mystified.
This feels like such a receptive and exciting part of my life.
As a woman I genuinely feel more elegant, sensual and confident than ever before..
not prudish and hopefully always eager to surrender a little more..
Happily a bit mad and broken.
Preferring beauty over glamor,
words over emojis
spontaneity over the staid.
Admittedly challenged by shopping malls, clumpy tourism, melodrama and margarine.
Definitely looking for my big love but also happy to meet new and like-minded souls..

I am hoping to be in the UK and Europe for an extended time this winter and summer would love to meet some like minded souls.
