About him
I am by nature quiet but with a restless energy and passion for things that are dear to me - like family, friends and my inherited values.
Young looking and young at heart, I am still doing the job that I love full time, but looking to spend more time at ease.
My favourite pursuits are an evening at the opera or a classical concert, and occasionally the theatre or ballet. I also try to get to most of the art and history exhibitions in London. Often my holidays are taken in pursuit of these interests.
I enjoy the occasional friendly game of cricket, tennis or badminton; I cycle and since doing the Camino I have developed a fondness for long walks.
One thing I am not is a party animal!

I am looking for someone who is warm hearted caring, has a strong sense of moral values, and a degree of patience.
It would be nice to meet someone who like me enjoys opera, classical music, theatre and ballet, and who would not be bored by trips to exhibitions. If that person could also play tennis and not be so good that she beat me every time, that would be great too.
I would hope that that someone liked holidays that are more about discovery than reclining on a beach , and also had some interest in domestic pursuits like gardening.
