Checked with a friend for this part and they said that I am thoughtful, kind, loyal, good company, very family orientated and makes an excellent Lasagna. I do enjoy cooking especially when I have family and friends around.
Loving the outside I am definitely not a 'gym bunny' preferring to be walking by the sea or in woodlands with friends/family and my elderly dog sometimes followed by a good cream tea or gastro delights in a local pub.
I love my home and am happy to get stuck in to decorating and doing the odd DIY job in the house and in the garden. I am no expert but enjoy learning and 'giving it a go'.
Family is really important to me and I will always do my best to help where and when I can.
I would love to travel more having thoroughly enjoyed a visit to India and also Australia, New Zealand is definitely on my bucket list.
I think I am definitely a glass 'half full' kind of person having a very positive outlook on life. I'm ready for new adventures and although fairly self sufficient would love to find someone to share these with.

My ideal match would make me smile, laugh and make me feel safe. They would be thoughtful, kind, respectful and loyal. I would have to feel that I could just be myself, feel comfortable in their company so that it wouldn't matter if there were periods of quiet. They may not agree with my opinion but they would be respectful of it. Having some common interest is important but also being content that sometimes you 'do your own thing'. Getting to know and get along with my children, their husbands, wife and grandchildren would be paramount.
My ideal match would be happy to go walking in the countryside/by the sea, followed by a nice meal in a pub with an open fire in the winter or a picnic when the weather is fine. Having said that they would need to be just as happy to snuggle on the sofa at home watching a movie or reading a good book.
I did try paddle boarding this summer which I really enjoyed, maybe something to share with a partner and try again.
