Hmm, I think I am pretty average, i.e. kind, patient, bla bla bla and at other times not so kind or patient! I love to laugh, enjoy moderate walking and cycling, camping when the weather is fine, a good film, occasional theatre and would really like to dance more often. I travelled a lot in my youth and had a year abroad in Mexico and Ecuador a few years ago as part of a degree course. Nowadays I enjoy exploring more of this country and our neighbours'. Food with a glass of wine or 2, (any more and I would be asleep!) figures high on my activity list, too as does a good drama series on the TV. But most of all I like being with family and friends, I enjoy social contact. I am pretty much retired, it would be lovely to find a friend /companion to share some of my free time with.

A good friend /companion, someone funny, kind and considerate - just a decent human being. Preferably someone who enjoys a variety of outdoor and indoor activities, a good all-rounder. I enjoy being outdoors, walking and/or cycling - doesn't have to be huge distances, we can always stop for coffee and cake, although with extra "Covid" weight, perhaps I should abstain... I am also happy to wander around a gallery/museum, watch a good film or play, share dinner and a glass of wine and enjoy conversation.
