About him
I'm retired with my children living away from home. I'm considered good looking and live in a lovely village. I am mobile and love travel. I am a well educated man and I'm financially secure and have been retired for some years having sold my business. My business involved me travelling extensively in Italy,Portugal,Spain and Germany and previous to owning my own business I was involved in exporting and covered the Near, Middle and Far East and Africa and Mediterranean countries extensively. I make and hold friends very easily. I am tactile and a very caring person. I believe that good and even bad times are better shared and that decisions made with partners are mutually respected.
I'm looking for the person I would like to spend the rest of my days caring for and sharing with.I'm honest and trustworthy and whilst interested in politics am not actively involved and am a Conservative at heart. I'm very level headed and ideally would like to meet someone who would enjoy joining me in travel and a lovely home life.

I'm ideally looking for someone who is very flexible as to where they live as it would be nice to spend winters in the sun. She should be tall and attractive, a good cook and enjoy good conversations and be sociable. Like me she should be keen to learn Bridge and perhaps play golf although not a deal breaking desire! I enjoy good food and wine and ideally she would too. The deal breaker would undoubtedly be that the magic spark or chemistry should exist between us as I'm a very loving caring sharing person, tactile and attentive. I'm a member of English Heritage and the National Trust and enjoy visits to their sites over the country and try to make these into a long weekend away to add variety to retired life.
