About him
I'm a tall, well spoken, intelligent, slim guy, who's easy going, kind, considerate, tactile, with a dry, sense of humour, honest, romantic, sensual, generous, and is looking for a long-term (read "permanent") relationship. I'm not afraid to show my feelings in public. But it's sometimes that little touch, which means so much. I always treat a lady as a lady.
I've lived by the Med and have a home in the South of France. I take every opportunity to be there.
Interests include art and the arts, antiques, antique auctions and fairs, galleries, exhibitions, museums, jazz, classical music, interior design, architecture and buildings (the older the better, tho' some contemporary architecture is inspiring), sailing - I adore classic yachts (e.g. Les Voiles de St Tropez), warm climates, current affairs, interior design and decoration, sketching, the written word, am dram in France + did panto in UK in 22 & 23, singing & dancing. Great fun! Love open-air markets, open-air concerts, the ability to be spontaneous and fly off somewhere "just because". I'm learning bridge.
Just finished project managing, designing, decorating & furnishing my new home. What joy! June 23 appointed Head of Fund Raising for a voluntary organisation. So...I'm active & creative and still advise, from time to time, on international property.
I love looking at antiques at fairs and auctions and especially buying old paintings of yachts & ships.

Outgoing personality. Intelligent. Warm. Quick smile. Confident. Someone who looks after herself, tho' not necessarily a gym fanatic. Looks are important, but how does one describe the chemistry of that first look ? Not petite, please.
I say that looks are important, that first impression, but equally important are the characteristics within that person, that makes them what they are, who they are.
I tend to be attracted to creative people, which covers a wide spectrum of course, but which could include an interest in art, interior design, decoration, design and antique/bric a brac markets.
Time to enjoy life, so not a work aholic.
