I'm an optimistic intelligent person, always smiling and love to have fun. I was widowed just over 3 years ago and would now love to find a new partner.
I love to travel, both abroad and weekends in the UK. I enjoy most sports, going to the theatre and cinema, looking at art and architecture - (I work for a charity and my job involves education and designing buildings)...........as well as sometimes sitting at home and pouring myself a glass of red wine! 🙂. I try to remain fit, and am lucky enough to look younger than my age!

I'd love to meet someone who is smart and fun, emotionally intelligent, and is kind and thoughtful; someone who enjoys going out, even for breakfast, but also enjoys evenings snuggled on the sofa together. Good conversational skills and seeing the funny side of things go a long way. I think real romance is more than just chemistry and attraction - for me it is getting to know someone and developing a meaningful relationship with a special person.
