About her
I like to get a lot out of life... always active, I do something physical most days whether out on my bike, swimming, yoga or a jog. I really value looking after yourself and keeping fit and healthy. Whilst that extends to diet, what would be the point if it didn't allow indulgences! Dark chocolate, black coffee, good cheese, wine and good food generally. Preparing lovely food at home, together, can be such a pleasure.
I have a lot of energy, laughter and joy to go round. I'm told I have a good sense of humour...a little cheeky at times.
Work wise, I work for a large insurer as a Systems Thinking Consultant and Coach. In a nutshell, helping business, colleagues and clients get the best out of the resources they have available. I believe in dreams, vision, goals and action.
I've been in Bristol for 5 years and love the city for its vibrancy.
