About her
My friends would describe me as one of the kindest people they know, a tall and beautiful (both inside and out : I am modest really!) lady who likes to cook for her family and friends, organise social gatherings, but is also just as happy being at home snuggled up, watching a good movie or reading a good book such as Sapiens or a Dan Brown, or walking in the open air, preferably by water.
I’ve spent my life looking after other people and am now looking to find an equal partner to share my life with.
I am fifty six, six foot tall with dark brown curly hair and big hazel eyes. I have a daughter who has now left home. She is 24 and is the best thing that has ever happened to me and I’m extremely proud of her.
I love live music, singing (I’m a member of a rock choir), dancing, eating healthily, being by the sea (or any water for that matter) and being outdoors in the fresh air. I love walking and pilates (when I have the time).
I don’t like unkind judgemental people or anyone that hurts my loved ones or any others for that matter.
I’m proud of my multicultural roots : a Turkish Cypriot father and English mother (who also has some Irish blood). I was born and brought up in the UK and love my English, Turkish and Irish heritage which includes strong family values.
I’m not lonely and don’t mind my own company at all, but I would like to share my future with someone : in the short term for dinner/theatre/walks, etc., and then who knows from then on.
