One great thing about getting older is the comfort you find in your own skin, pleased to say mine still fits quite well! Like to laugh and find pleasure in some fairly simple things; can’t beat a walk on a crisp autumn day with the sun shining, a perfectly hot and creamy Latte, a glass wine after a gym session you spent half the day syking yourself up for. I love food, wine, theatre, exercise (mostly), the seaside, country walks, all animals and some people!
