About her
Life in general is good..I have many good friends and a lovely supportive, but not too intrusive family, My children are all grown and have busy lives of their own- we see each other when we can.
A few of the things that fulfil me are; time spent outdoors, walking in the beautiful area I am lucky enough to live in, or pottering in my garden.
Shopping for and cooking delicious food to invite friends to share, that becomes the backdrop to interesting conversation, and laughter.
Music from all genres I love the excitement of the sound of a full orchestra tuning up before a concert, or a live gig in Liverpool or Manchester, but am equally happy listening to talented friends at open mic nights locally , or dancing round the kitchen to something downloaded from Spotify!
City breaks here or abroad, visiting galleries ( and their cafe’s!)
Good Italian food- or good food ethically sourced of any kind ....
reading, fiction and nonfiction ... anything that broadens and expands my own knowledge or experience..
Places are wonderful... but people are what make them special- my values are most definitely left of centre when it comes to politics.. our world and how we treat it matters greatly to me.
