I love travelling, adventure, visiting historical buildings and imagining and hearing the tstories attached to them, deserted beaches in the Outer Hebrides, enjoying a packed lunch and flask of tea on top of a mountain, amateur dramatics, Theatre, Cinema, entertaining friends...I'm just missing that elusive special person to share my life with.
Have had a varied and interesting life having travelled extensively...I used to work for Dan Air, have been a pedigree sheep breeder ( loved running my own small holding), and more recently involved in the construction of micro hydro electric schemes, the Travel industry and appearing for seconds at a time on TV and in Film!!
I am very proud of my 3 grown up children (all now flown the nest) and not forgetting my lovely ( if a little chauvinistic!) cocker spaniel Archie...who despite many a 'stand off'...still lives with me!
