Eternal optimist, voracious reader, always learning with a love of people and a realisation that the older I get the less I know.
I work hard, and sometimes long but love what I do and appreciate how lucky I am to be surrounded by great colleagues and good friends. I am spontaneous and although I love to travel realise the world is a big place so I better get on with doing everything I've been putting off. I am as comfortable in wellies as in heels, in a Michelin restaurant or a bowl of noodles, at the theatre or dancing around my kitchen .
I am independent, and although happy sharing my life with a retired greyhound, I do think there may be room on the lead for someone honest, truthful, loyal and above all real to share a walk, a meal, and put up with my slightly bonkers approach to life.

Kindness is an underrated quality , but for me , it's right up there with honesty, integrity and loyalty.
Now if this sounds like I am looking for someone who is not fun or spontaneous, doesn't like to dance or go to a concert, looks nothing like George Clooney, will not read me poetry one minute and tell me an inappropriate joke the next then you'd be wrong.
I am looking for all of this of course but all of these qualities are much further down the list of importance than a kind, honest, loyal and funny companion. Whilst I love beautiful things and stylish people, they don't impress me much , but someone brave enough to be comfortable with themselves- that does.
