I’m not your typical single mother, I’m still me, I still love going out and having way too much to drink, laughing till my tummy hurts, dancing all night and recalling the embarrassing moments the next day...
Having said that, most nights these days are spent watching Netflix (minus the chill, for now)
I work hard, my job as a nurse is demanding physically and emotionally. I love my kids, most of the time, and certainly don’t see them as baggage or a problem!! They’re a delightful extension of me! It’s a buy 1 get 2 free kinda situation. Plus I do have alt weekends and holidays child-free so can still be somewhat spontaneous.
I don’t need to be with someone, I’ve become very adept at being on my own, but I would love to meet someone to share time with and make new memories. Some adult conversation in the evenings would be bonus too!
