Happy, friendly, thoughtful personality - life is a two way street so thinking of others makes the world go round. Don't you think? Likes include walking in the country, especially the Peak district, Dales, the Lake District and the Alps. Beautiful landscapes, wildlife and the environment we live in are a joy to me. Hobbies include travel, mainly Europe and North America so far (no point in listing where I've been as I want to go to different places next time); I have a share in a canal boat and for 3-4 weeks a year invite friends to crew with me aboard on holidays in different parts of the UK; I go Fell walking; I am building a canal. Likes also include the cinema, good food at home and dining out. I want to get out more into the wide blue yonder, to see yet more of life, its places and peoples. I enjoy the theatre, music, lots of types and listen to Planet Rock on the radio. That's the boring history. But the future.......travel....start skiing again? flotilla sailing in the Med?..... time to start a new adventure. Its a fluid adventure. Just need to find that special someone. Is that you?
