My friends say I am an attractive, warm, kind and thoughtful humanitarian , with a sense of occasion and a big heart . Also with a strong creative streak and importantly, a sense of humour. I am living in idyllic Totnes,South Devon . I am an appreciative lover of the natural world and and celebrate the measure of life and inspiration in small things.Fairly cosmopolitan and very well traveled , I am well educated and well spoken!
I am trying to retire, winding down from a high end design practice , designing bespoke contemporary stairs and furniture , where the devil is in the detail.Previously had a 'health accented' restaurant at Dartington where I cooked everything from scratch, growing a lot of it .I am extremely intuitive and think a lot about detail and quality. Though I have lived the world over ,my idea of heaven now is to explore Britain and keep it local ! I work hard but in retirement I will be painting big art, and writing, hopefully alongside a significant other. I have a few family ties.....
