I have been fortunate to have had several successful careers in my working life. From secretary to a Lloyds Underwriter, Cabin Crew for BA. nursing/midwifery/neonatology/university lecturer. I
have a thirst for knowledge and now retired I can turn my brain to researching and I have taken myself back to basic French for beginners. I love the sea and I love the land and living in the beautiful countryside of Dorset I can pursue my passion for all things Hardy. I also feel that Covid has supplied us with another way of meeting, via zoom................. Distance should not prove a difficulty. I love being surprised, in the nicest of ways. I have deliberately put my age as over 100 so that i choose who views my profile. Let's face it who would view someone of 100? Age is but a date on a birth certificate, it does not define you.

I would like meet a like minded fellow who enjoys all the things I do but who also relishes a good glass of wine, a blazing log fire and a jolly good conversation. A love of the sea and of the land would be good as would an interest in old buildings and history. Someone who could help me with basic French would be an added bonus.
I would have said a uniform always attracts.............and it would be of much benefit if you liked/loved rugby union, as I am an avid fan with "connections"..............I am just so grateful for my family, my friends and my faith.
