I live in lovely Southern Worcestershire with great walks and a fab village pub in staggering distance from my doorstep.What’s not to like about a decent walk and a pub lunch?!
I love all music but an 80s montage will always get me on the dance floor- Erasure was my first concert,Kylie my last, with Texas,Rihanna,RickAstley and Paloma Faith and others in between.How does it happen that you can’t remember to put the bins out on the right day but you can recall every lyric,to every song,that Spandau Ballet perform??!!
I have specialised in working with professionals who work hard to improve the life chances of disadvantaged youngsters.I take my work seriously ( what’s not to be serious about when you’re helping young people who might be struggling) but not myself.
I’ve been told I am fun, attractive,kind,loyal and a good listener.I like to dress up for a night out,sample new restaurants and I have a penchant for a classy roof top bar! However, a trip to the cinema and a pit stop at Pizza Express afterwards is also fine by me.
In a previous life I was very sporty( playing hockey for my County and Uni) but these days I am more likely to enjoy playing tennis and badminton with friends and taking my niece, nephew and godchildren swimming and bowling - though I struggle to let them win!I am currently ‘enjoying’ Couch to 5K!
I like to get out and about and see new things and travel to new places and am keen to follow Maya Angelou’s mantra of ‘Life loves the person who dares to live it!’.
