I like to think that I am friendly, open, honest, positive, caring and optimistic about what life has yet to offer. Who knows what the future may hold in its gift?
I spent my working life in education, around the country and I have always tried to raise aspirations for all our young people.
My activities and interests include: my family (four married sons) and some short-break fostercare; music, theatre, dance and cinema; walking and climbing; talks to clubs; sessions for students on science based university admissions tests; growing cacti; writing a column for a local magazine and some poetry; basically keeping busy in a fit and active way!
However, I am up for trying new things and I am open to almost anything which might be fun!
There is a fundamental difference between leading a full life and having a fulfilled one. After three years alone, now is the time to move on and meet someone new to share experiences and adventures with.
