About him
I love to travel and see the world. After being widowed for 3 years I feel it's time to enjoy life again.
I started my working career as an aerospace engineer before leaving to set up my own business not connected with the aerospace industry. I sold the business in 2008 and now do volunteer work which includes being a fellow and Vice President of a Society based in London. At the moment it's just by video only, hopefully that will change very soon, as well as enjoying holidays of both relaxing and adventure.

I have a large garden and a few years ago I built a log cabin and a large pond at the bottom of the garden. One of my great pleasures is sitting out on the veranda of the log cabin looking out over the pond watching the dragonflies flying over the pond and at dusk seeing the bats do the same thing, it's great for barbecues as well. Would love to enjoy it with a lady friend!
Enjoy walking in the great British countryside. Always a pub at the end of the walk!!.
I am a member of the NT and English Heritage and love to visit different parts of the country for a couple of days so I can visit several of the sites at the same time.
Desperately miss conversation and dining out with a nice lady.
