For the most part, I believe life is what you make it. Nothing is going to land in our lap unless we make an effort.
My interests lie mostly in the arts but I am fascinated by what fires other people’s interests too. Ideally, I would like to meet someone who has a lively mind, who is sociable like me, who likes to have fun and more importantly, who can make me a nice gin and tonic! I paint in oils and walk to relax and go to exercise classes, not because I always enjoy them but because it I feel guilty if I don’t go! I love my friends and family and make friends easily but I am fussy about who I spend time with. Politically, I am right of centre but I believe in equality and even in these uncertain times, I have hope for the future.

My ideal match would be someone who has enthusiasm for life and who is interested in different things. He doesn’t have to be a fantastic skier or marathon runner, as long as he is not a couch potato and leads a reasonably healthy lifestyle. Ideally, I would like someone who has a lively and creative mind and who is attractive to me.
