I am a warm friendly person who loves being in the great outdoors and travelling. I have many hobbies and interests but also love to relax at home by cooking reading and gardening. When outside I love walking , kayaking, swimming and occasional cycling. I am also in a running club and a canoe club. I also love days out visiting historic places like castles and beautiful gardens.
My take on life is liberal and I love to have a laugh with my friends. I am relaxed , calm and easy going , but sometimes private and quiet.
I believe in treating others with respect and kindness.
Currently I am a undertaking a gardening course and like to be active but also happy sat at home with a book or a newspaper. I also love to cook for others and have many cookery books!
I recently bought a motorcycle which I love to go out on as I've not owned one for years .
My friends would say that I am kind and caring and funny and that I like most things in life including sightseeing , museums and art galleries. I'm happy in a crowd or on my own and am fairly independent person.
I dislike impatience and unkindness (like most people) and like to have a calm peaceful life at home . I love my family and try to do activities with them as much as possible.

I am looking for a person that is true and kind and loyal and has a sense of fun and is a smiling, positive person.
At the moment Im not sure that I want a relationship but would be happy to meet up with someone to see how the relationship goes.
I would like to share the outdoors with a partner in some way like walking but don't expect them to like all the activities that I do as I realise that they may not suit them. I am particularly keen on the sea and water so anything like sailing , swimming , diving and kayaking would be interesting to me.
I would also like someone who is active and likes to explore and go to places , I love towns as well as the countryside.
