I’m a PhD nerd- at this time I am a candidate which means I’m finished with my academics and in the writing phase of my dissertation. I will always be a learner. My friends describe me as an adventurer. I love to travel. My best friend is a professional singer songwriter- but my talent certainly does not lie in the music world. I’m a creative- love the arts, performing arts, and museums. My basic belief system is catholic but I have grown into a Unitarian Universalist mindset. I’m acutely aware of my white privilege and I use it to speak out against injustice. I’m on a life quest of discovery while speaking out for social justice of inclusion in the world through my research.
