The age shown is my true age. I am a young at heart and caring lady. Being able to laugh with a male companion is important as I believe we can take life too seriously. Living in the moment is good. I look after myself and keep healthy doing regular walking, pilates and dancing which I love. I was very proud to have walked 120km of the Camino de Santiago in Spain last year.
As I am becoming more health conscious I am cutting down on eating meat and trying out vegetarian recipes. My spiritual home is in Spain but I often visit my lovely family and friends in the UK. I have travelled to many countries and plan to continue doing so. I enjoy male company and good conversation. My current intention is to travel to different parts of Spain that I haven't yet seen.
I like different types of music, films, dining out and dancing. I am very caring and loyal.

A good, honest man with a caring personality and some similar interests. Someone who keeps fit, looks after their health and enjoys going out for meals or curling up on the sofa with a glass of vino. If he has a spiritual outlook it would be a bonus.
