About her
I am a doer rather than a watcher, I had to try skiing, golf, badminton, skating, Morris Dancing, jiving, ceilidh dancing, bungee jumping, parachute jumping, canyoning, surfing, Samba drumming etc, etc. and I still like to try new things (hence the inquisitive) but that does not mean I am out every day risking my life or expect you to do the same. I just want to experience as much as possible and try to live in the present. I am more than happy just watching stars, listening to the trickle of a stream or babbling brook or the huge power of crashing waves, insect wings and the crackle and hiss of a real fire as well feeling its heat. watching planted seeds and bulbs blooming ... anything in nature is what makes me feel happiest. I don't have to fill every silence and hopefully neither do you! I love farm and wild animals, cats, Scottish Terriers, Irish Wolfhounds and Airedale Terriers ... in other words, any animal thats got a furry, hairy, woolly or shaggy coat.

He is intelligent, down to earth, non materialistic, with wit and humility, has his own interests but might like to share some of mine or let me share some of his .... (love classic and noisy cars .... Cobra,,, TVRs, Aviation, steam fairs..), messing about on or in the water... I love the sea, canoeing and more recently, wild swimming. I also enjoy watching rugby, playing golf, walking, Tai chi and Yoga. There is so much to discover about people and life that I cannot be prescriptive.... who knows who my ideal match is? all I know is that we need to share the same type of humour, to laugh together, share affection and therefore physical as well as cerebral attraction is extremely important. We also need to feel relaxed when talking about serious stuff ie, clearing the air.
One can only know by meeting up and talking. I dont want to email or txt backwards and forwards, I would rather talk on the phone and meet. … on the plus side, I am willing to travel to meet you so if the only person who seems a kindred spirit lives in Scotland, then so be it, I'll meet you in Yorkshire :-)
Gloucestershire is my current home although born in Surrey and have lived all over the place including Bath, Woodstock, Lancashire and Portugal so I might consider relocation.
