Sorry for the profile name, in person you'll find me quite self-effacing, slightly unconventional. Photos 7/8/9 were taken in the latter half of 2023 - but they aren't approved as main pics sorry!
So me? I'm a Bon Viveur. Open-minded about this dating malarkey!
I am independent but don't wear it like a badge of honour, as like most people have my vulnerabilities. I value integrity, humility, and intelligence. The ability to laugh at ourselves will be essential.
I am an eternal optimist, whilst mindful of the fact it's easy to draw a wrong conclusion from a few paragraphs/photos. Nonetheless, I am still here, not getting any younger, and seeking that elusive spark.
Bothering to keep in shape as we age is more attractive than just being attractive. I love an older guy who has the same approach, who can treat me as a woman, and am very unlikely to be interested in somebody younger than myself.
Finding somebody to have fun with, make plans with, and, in an ideal world, grow old with would be amazing. But can we just have a coffee first and see what happens ....mind you I do enjoy a leisurely lunch. Is distance a detail? Up to you to decide!
Botox, drug and smoke free - and I don't wear heels so high that I might break my ankle - leaving me unable to play tennis.
I love sports, am fairly accomplished at some, but am feminine and have no issues with being treated like a lady. As you'd expect, from a lady.

Older, edgy, classy. Ideally able to see toes when looking down, perhaps you are blessed with great genes or you could be tall with messy gray hair to earn you a bonus!

Attitude has always been more important to me than years. I'd rather meet somebody who is 70 and keeps in shape than a 50 year old who has given up. And anyway I'll laugh with you and in those moments we will grow young. Somebody who appreciates intelligence, loyalty and kindness and who thinks their lady should be cherished.
You might recognise some of your traits: An optimistic gent, who keeps it fairly healthy. You dress and smell nice. You have a good work ethic. Add in charisma and I could well be putty in your hands! (a wish list remember)
Ideally you have some sporting or other interests. A shared interest in tennis, sailing or biking would be amazing but only a nice to have, because of course you will already have your own distractions. If you are keen on any of the following I have some experience: scuba, skiing, mountain biking. I once - a long time ago - even owned my own 500cc motorbike!
I tend to get on well with less conventional guys. Connection is more important than circumstances. All caution could be thrown to the wind if the elusive chemistry were to take over.

This lady is as lovely on the inside as she looks. Jen has been my friend for nearly twenty years. She can have you laughing one moment and crying the next (when I read this to her she asked me to point out not in a bi-polar type way).
