Stress-free is how I like things these days, although I still push myself at sports and in competitions, particularly with my local rowing club. I'm proud of my beautiful village home which has room for dogs/horses/cats and grandchildren and I keep fit and active in the countryside, as well as taking time out to read, garden, or relax. I now have the luxury of being in charge of my own time, and using it well.
After being widowed 5 years ago, I'm now ready to discover as many happy memories in the future as I had in the past.
