I'm optimistic, have a sense of the ridiculous, am passionate about living life to the full and value playfulness. I enjoy cooking and the occasional pint, glass of wine, malt and keeping active is essential. Family is important to me as is work, I feel lucky that I enjoy my work in the arts, it gives me purpose and while I aim to slow down at some point, don't want to stop. I'm a convert to sea swimming - it's so brilliant in so many ways - it's peaceful and lovely to see the coast from a different perspective. Music is a passion and books - just read The Birthday Party with very, very long sentences! Brilliant though.
