Hi
I'm generally a happy, well-balanced person who's enthusiastic to make the most of life.
I'm still enjoying p/time work (flexible) but still keen to add to my adventures, having Costa Rica and the Galapagos on my list. I've just returned from an amazing Expedition cruise to the Arctic Circle to see the Northern Lights. I've lived in Australia, France and Italy and still study Italian, which makes independent trips so much easier. I'm a home maker and enjoy cooking for 2, baking, reading, a bit of gardening, the odd game of scrabble and so on.
Health and fitness wise, I take care of myself with hiking, yoga, pilates (rusty skiing and cycling) and have taken up Salsa; would be nice to find a dance partner. Bit of a foodie as well - especially supporting farmers markets, a special meal would be by the beach having freshly caught seafood and some chilled white wine, preferably somewhere warm.
I'm sociable and enjoy all the usual cultural things. I take great pride in my appearance, cleanliness etc and would expect the same in a partner.
Finally, I'm looking to do all the things contented couples do, share life experiences, learn from each other and just be there.

Attraction is important but I'm also looking for an interesting profile, I find it hard to believe that some people can only find 2 or 3 lines to write about themselves. Common interests are a plus, together with sharing similar values, aspirations and an open mind. He should be fit and care about appearance as so many men don't seem to. I'm not keen on the idea of fishing or horse-racing. Someone working p/t or doing some charity/voluntary work would be good although not essential.
