Hello! I am a friendly, fun-loving, thoughtful person, I’m open and honest and looking to meet someone to build a meaningful relationship with. I taught English and Latin and thoroughly enjoyed my time in education. I’m a practical person, good at problem solving; over the years I have improved my homes and gardens and I like to spend my time working with wood, turning and carving. I get pleasure from helping others, usually family, with practical projects.
Reading is a passion and I enjoy all forms of culture particularly the theatre. I have played sport all my life and I am a avid rugby fan. My two daughters are close to me, emotionally and geographically, and I count myself blessed to spend a fair bit of time with my grandchildren.
