About her
I’m a kind, soft, genuine, sensitive person who’s honestly looking for a warm, mutually-sustaining relationship to last forever. If I found this it would be a lottery win so this is my ticket. I’m loyal and honest, can cook, clean, knit, sew and wear a pinny in the kitchen - all the classic 1950s stuff. Went to top boarding school and scuppered my chances of a normal life on the outside (boys were overwhelming, I was catatonic). Still looking for 1950s guy who knows how to change a plug and mend a puncture - even if you don’t have to. I’m reasonably techie - know how to run a website - reasonably fit and reasonable at most things.
I live in a city house on the south coast now but I don’t entirely belong here. I’ve lived in Yorkshire and Lancashire and in Wales and Ireland and dream of a blissful country life among trees and mountains. I’m interested in the history and geography of everywhere and the wildlife - we would be out there climbing the fells and listening to the curlews....

A winning smile and a knock-out profile will have me hooked. A can’t-be-bothered-to-write one or absent photo is no good at all. Someone who is sincere and genuine in their relationships and interested in other people. Someone who is neither wimp nor bully but can connect with a sympathetic heart and soul to women (I say women but I mean me of course). Someone with humour and empathy. All things that every man knows women want but only the best bother to cultivate.
I want us to share the things we already have but have separate interests too. It would be good if you lived a short journey away but if you don't I think we could enjoy the travelling and the contrast and see where it led. Nothing venture, nothing gained…..
