Hi. I have diverse interests. I feel I possess integrity, vision and creative energy. I love music - from Miles Davis to Mozart. Love books (novels, history, philosophy )most areas that extend horizons, challenges informs and entertains: some favorite writers: Russian classics in particular, Martin Amis, Graham Greene, Salman Rushdie, Hilary Mantel et al. I play jazz guitar (intermediate level) for my own amusement and learning classical guitar I love walking in places of natural beauty. (My most exotic walk to date: the bamboo forests of Arashiyama, west Kyoto. I enjoy listening to BBC Radio 3 for its peerless coverage music in the classical and jazz canon - especially 'Composer of the Week'. I think it's fair to say I'm intelligent, reflective, widely read and travelled. I read law at The London School of Economics; one time Bar student of Inner Temple. Called to the Bar, but never practised. Now retired. I'm a genuine guy with taste; individualistic thoughtful with a sense of wonder about the human condition.N.B. As 'Brexit' infiltrates the social/cultural zeitgeist of Britain, I think it's relevant to mention that I'm a vehement anti-Brexit person. I could give reasons, but it would turn into a long diatribe. So I wouldn't have much in common with a 'Brexit supporting' woman.
