I am a mature single man living in Christchurch, I and my daughter went to great trouble and spent a lot of time finding this house so close to the sea. Recently widowed (married for 50 years). I have a strong Scandinavian connection, plus Scandinavian friends down here and have travelled the world both in the Navy and my subsequent work.
