I’m a vivacious petite lady who enjoys keeping fit and discovering the great outdoors. Painting and sketching have become one of my main interests along with engaging with the arts through music, theatre and film. I would hope I meet a man with a good sense of humour who has led a professional, rewarding life and has a social conscience. I’m healthy and enjoy keeping fit so I would like this man to be similar in outlook to me. Walking, hiking, playing tennis then visiting galleries and listening to music should be on his list of activities he’d like to engage with me. I have been Christine's friend and neighbour for 27 years. We have shared parties, walks, exercise classes and have looked after each other's houses and cats. She is vivacious, sociable, excellent company and has a very kind and generous nature. She is also a talented artist.
Late one summer's evening a few years ago, I had an anxious phone call from Christine. She was trapped in a room with a bat which was flapping around and as frightened as she was. My husband and I went round kitted out as Ghost Busters with fishing nets and hair nets which made us all laugh. The bat was released and all was well.
