About her
I have a zest for life, emotional intelligence, am a warm, witty, spontaneous, fun, open, friendly person with a positive and optimistic outlook (attitude is everything isn't it?). I am perceptive, fair and have a win/win approach (injustice gets a yellow card).
Enjoy good repartee and discussions, throwing the occasional party, dancing (Ceroc/modern jive), theatre/movies that make me think/laugh/warm my heart/make it race; dip in and out of painting and confess to being a summer gardener - love planting my pots and watching them bloom to overflowing.
Scenic beauty - sea and mountains are in my DNA as I grew up in Cape Town. (Can’t wait to see the horizon!) My preference is for authentic travels - to explore and get the flavour of local life, food, culture and nature. Have a nose for the arty and for good food.
Am semi-retired but also have a project on the go looking for an illustrator for a series of stories for Under 5's. I do some charity work, am somewhat interested in politics and current affairs and occasionally sign petitions on issues close to my heart.
