Friends would describe me as caring, kind & passionate.
Now retired, I worked mainly in sales & also worked with homeless young people, which is something I still support.
Am close to my three children & four grandchildren who keep me updated on issues in their worlds, so I get to know more than I need/want to but it keeps me young at heart!
I enjoy music especially Soul, Country & R & B, reading crime & thriller novels, nature, walking, historic buildings & the story behind them. Having said that I’m open minded to taking up new activities & having new experiences.
A long walk with a stop for light lunch
in countryside or coast is ideal way for me to spend a relaxing day with a partner. Love London/city days out too.
I don’t enjoy shopping but do like to look nice & am still fashionable to a degree. My photos were taken this year 2021.
I’m easy going & practical & like to meet any difficulties head-on & then get on with life.
Am good company in small groups but not one for repartee or ‘banter’ as it’s now called!
