How to start? Not something I ever imagined doing, but here goes. I am a professional, fairly attractive, slim lady and happy in my own space. I have been on my own for 8 years
I am looking for someone to laugh with and chat over a good meal, or enjoy an interesting night out. It might also be good to share the problems and joys of life.
I like interesting food and good wine
Films - I prefer happy endings,
Music - fairly eclectic- anything from meat loaf to opera,
Theatre - anything as long as it's done well,
I enjoy walks by the sea and mountains especially with the dog, exploring new places, wandering around cities I have never been to, exotic locations
A real favourite- lying on a beach with a good book.
I like dressing up to go somewhere smart, but also like to relax in a country pub.
I am not very sporty, but have tried my hand at tennis, skiing, windsurfing, badminton, sailing, all of which I enjoy and could easily be persuaded to do more of, currently, and dance salsa
For about 20 years I was working in the NHS, but now do a little part time clinic work.
In my spare time, I have spent the last few years renovating houses, enjoying the tyranny of the garden, garden designing and spending time with the family around the world.
I dabble in water colours, and play piano quite badly considering all the lessons I have had.
