Happily Retired, having worked in Education, with two sons and two small grandchildren.
I like sport and I try to keep fit and healthy by playing tennis regularly and golf irregularly and badly. Swimming in the sea and a bit of gentle windsurfing are both good fun - but not for me the freezing waters of Hove!
I enjoy going to London for shows, galleries and for a special weekend break. I sing in a local choir, Soul of the City. My cooking skills are reasonable and this is done whilst listening to my 'favourites' listing......no heavy metal here though.
I am left handed and my politics lean in that direction. A European.
I have not done a great deal of travelling but I think that the time is right to enjoy this with a new friend. It does not have to be long haul.
It is great to be based very near to the beach in Hove and to be starting, slowly, house renovation and gardening projects. I am happy walking on the prom in almost all weathers.
Hoping to experience and learn about new things that I have not seen or done so far.
I think that I am a very lucky person and, perhaps, tactile if nothing else! I look forward to saying 'hello'.

I really can't say who would be my ideal match and really don't have any special 'criteria' to list here. We are all unique and we'll know it when it happens. Chemistry is the word that is used a lot and I think it is true that a tingling sensation in the chest is as important now as it always was. That is the exciting bit.
