About her
I’m young at heart and don’t look or feel my age. I love to laugh and I’ve been known to dance around the house! I love to give gifts - I make quilts and nothing makes me happier than giving them away.
I’m fit and active. I don’t really do organised sports but I trained as a dancer and still love to dance. I was brought up, and then further up, with music of all kinds and I play the piano a (very) little bit. There’s lots of lovely countryside where I live and I love to go for long walks and I’m told I take really good photos. I’m learning how to go running (in the right way)
I spent a long time caring for someone who was ill. I have amazing friends and family but now I long to go out for a nice meal, watch a film, or go for a long walk with someone who’s funny, fit, caring and good to talk to. There’s only so much conversation you can have with a cat!
Since I’ve been alone I’ve started DIY, which is just as well as my house needs a lot of ‘doing’ - I’m getting quite good at it! I love my garden (which I inherited from my Mum) and play the piano (pretty badly).
