About him
I am very loyal and supportive, compassionate, honest, kind and caring. I like to enjoy myself, especially 1:1 with friends. I have a small group of close friends with a similar outlook on life. I have a wide range of interests, especially classical music, opera, art, film, theatre, literature, walking and running. I play the violin most days, including in chamber music groups, and dabble on the piano. My great love is Bach, but I also adore Mozart and Beethoven and many other composers. I am a member of the National Gallery and a Friend of the Royal Opera House in London.
I hike a lot, swim and cycle a bit, and used to do a lot of running, but don’t play any other sports.
I also love travel.
I care about social justice, equality and inclusivity, and green, ethical and organic living.
I am a Christian, I attend church in the Church of England (CofE) every week, and often play violin for services. My faith is very important to me, and a future partner would need to be comfortable with this.

My ideal partner would be a lady of a similar age, with a “spark” and sense of humour, intelligent, attractive, interested in culture, opera, art and classical music, someone who enjoys travel, politically somewhere to the left of centre.
