From a humble background, I became co-owner of a successful manufacturing business from which I retired six years ago. I have a loving family but, sadly, my wife passed away in 2021 after fifty wonderful years of married life together. That chapter has ended, I have closure, the rest of my life has begun. I would like to meet a lady with whom to share the remainder of my journey. Age is merely a concept, please forget the numbers.
A man of integrity, sensitivity and love, I believe in basic moral values and gentlemanly behaviour. I am a thinker, find all people fascinating and enjoy hearing their stories. I feel much younger than my years, am very fit, 6ft.tall, slim, humble, young at heart, tolerant, slow to anger, forgiving and broad-minded. I feel very enthusiastic about life, enjoy every day, have a sense of humour, like to dress well and have a high regard for personal care, I am amorous and very romantic; romance is in my soul. I like to walk along quiet beaches at sunset,holding hands…..kissing ……being in love.
My hobbies and pleasures include ballroom dancing, music of various kinds; classical concerts especially, poetry, art, nature, wildlife, country and seaside walks, gardening, flower arranging, perfumes, cookery, bread making, fishing, holidaying and etc. My greatest pleasure of all, however, would be in giving all my love and affection to that special lady I hope to meet.

My ideal partner: impossible to define. Nobody is perfect and we shouldn’t expect too much of each other should we? Ideally, she would be undemanding, broad- minded, romantic, sensual, amorous and dress well. She would be kind, caring, very relaxed, tolerant, slow to anger, forgiving and decisive.
