About her
My age says I’m 73 but my mind tells me I’m 20! I have an irreverent sense of humour and can see the funny side of most things. I grew up in Hampshire, now settled in Wiltshire with lots of other locations along the way.
I enjoy cooking and entertaining, gardening, reading and music. My great love is classical music but I’m also happy with music from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. I’ve tried several types of dance, do Pilates and sing in a choir.
I have had many different jobs over the years, anything that fitted around my family and always involving ‘people’ skills. I mainly read fiction (detective, mystery, crime) and watch very little Tv. I volunteer in my community.
I’m an NT member, love the countryside, dogs, walking on the beach, particularly in winter. I like smart restaurants and simple picnics, dressing up and wearing jeans.
I have lived in the Far East and Europe and enjoy exploring the UK.
My children have grown and flown, I have one sister and oodles of grand children, and two great grand children (we all started very young!) we have a lot of fun when we are together but we don’t live in each other’s pockets.
I’m looking for a LTR. Cooking for one isn’t much fun. I miss sharing, banter, company, cuddles and dancing in the kitchen and more……
