I keep myself reasonably fit and enjoy the outdoors, long walks along the coast, the moors or a river all appeal.
Until recently I was a keen Park Run participant and volunteer.
I now try to play golf, you need to be able to laugh at yourself to enjoy this, and I do; frequently.
Although an introvert by nature, I am keen to try new experiences and develop friendships to share these with.
