I enjoy life to the full and am a really positive person. The glass is always half full! Having recently retired from teaching I am enjoying the freedom to socialise, travel and do a little part time work in school. It is a bonus to have more time to enjoy life and this brings me to joining this site - I would like to share experiences with a kind and thoughtful gentleman who enjoys visiting local places and further afield. Someone who would enjoy meeting my friends, stopping for coffee & cake, eating out, visiting the theatre or concerts, sampling good wind and enjoying picturesque strolls as well as loving life. How difficult it is to describe an 'ideal match'. Kind and considerate would be top of my list. Someone who is positive and enjoys life and can compromise if the need arose. A gentleman who can hold hands and share experiences whether on a windy walk in the winter or on a beautiful beach. Taking in the beautiful scenery around us in the UK and being able to chat about what we like from what we see. Being able to share going to concerts, visiting historical houses, spending time with our friends, time alone in cosy cafes or pubs and travelling would always be top activities to share.
