About her
I believe that in life 'Fortune Favours The Brave' - damn, I wish I wasn't such a scardey-cat. I occasionally break out and in August 2022 walked the Tour du Mont Blanc - over 100 miles in 8 days through France, Switzerland and Italy. That was quite a stretch, and much more enjoyable looking back at the photos!
I like the usual things that many people list but particularly enjoy seeing films at the cinema, and I'm a voracious reader. I've just finished 'The Wizard of The Kremlin', which is excellent and a revelation. I love getting seriously done up for nights out and have beautiful clothes just waiting to venture into the night beside a well-cut suit...
Nurturing the lovely, strong relationships I have with my two grown-up kids is extremely important to me. My close friendships have been long-lasting (two since school days) and are mutually valued.
An odd pursuit is that I enjoy the challenge of replicating Old Masters in oil paint, using pigments available at that time - and I'm good! Beware, the Turner on your wall might be one of mine...
In case it is important, my body shape is an all-natural combination of slim/ curvaceous/ muscular, which isn't a selection option. I swim and walk regularly to keep fit and generally look after myself, trying not to abuse my body with too much of anything - it's hard to get a replacement. That said, I cannot resist good, home-made cake - and a couple of glasses of wine transform me into a human being.
With the right stimuli, I'm good company, kind, warm, smart, funny, a Sexy Beast AND I'm kind to animals. Beat my door down!

I don't have fixed ideas about my ideal match, but if you are curious about me from my written profile, rather than having plugged in 'Any' for the majority of female characteristics, that's a good start. If you are fit and look after yourself, have a rewarding life, but are hoping to enhance it with the right person, in whatever form that takes, that's also my aim. We may share some interests, but more importantly, you are still open to new experiences, which could be as simple as sharing a nice bottle of wine and a natter.
