There is a new, virtual side of me emerging here and if you’re reading this, chances are something in you is already curious. I hope you’ll feel drawn to what you see, resonate with what I share, and perhaps recognise parts of your own story in the way I move through the world. I am a strong man, spiritually and mentally, grounded in who I am, and I navigate meeting new people through genuine connection and real, face‑to‑face conversations.
At heart, I’m old skool: I value people who truly want to show up, share real experiences, and enjoy each other’s company without distractions. Social media has very little pull for me, and I haven’t owned a TV in over 35 years; life feels too rich to watch it from the outside. The places I feel most alive are outdoors, where I can dance freely, savour simple joys, and lose myself under clear summer and autumn skies, gazing at the stars.
I’m passionate about natural health, conscious nutrition and the body’s innate ability to heal when we listen to nature’s wisdom. I don't smoke and or drink alcohol; prefering to get high on life and laughter or bad jokes. I’m actively creating my dream of living off‑grid in Portugal or Brittany, so 2026 will bring more trips, more land to walk, and more spaces to imagine as home. I see this dream as part of a bigger journey towards freedom, self‑reliance and a deeper relationship with the land.
Spiritually, I’m an explorer. Meditation, self‑love and inner work are not concepts to me, but lived practices that keep me grounded and open. Having lived in Spain, Portugal, Norway and France, I carry with me a sense of timeless cultural values, going far beyond being a tourist and into truly learning from the places and people around me. I love animals, especially dogs and often prefer their honest, loyal company to that of many humans these days (fellow dog owners will understand the joke).
