Worked in an accounts office when I first left school, initially as bookkeeper, worked up credit controller before leaving in 83. Went self employed doing property repairs. Worked for a preserved railway for 12 months after volunteering at weekends for a couple years. Had a couple of years working in offices but self employed for the last 30, still with many of the same customers. Used to do a lot of outdoor stuff, canoeing, sailing ( did the tidal endorsement for my Rya intermediate at Poole ). Did a lot of camping, mountain walking(especially north wales). Not ski’d for over 20 years, probably can’t as a broken hip(16 pieces) in 2009 has my left leg 3/4 inch shorter. Yes still walking, working and getting on with life (hip replaced 2013). Married 1990, sadly my wife passed away 2019 after a long illness. Own my own house overlooking a country park. Have one little cat that hides from strangers.
