My lifestyle encompasses all the good things about living in the countryside. I am reasonably intelligent, have a good sense of humour and enjoy a pub lunch just as much as a formal dinner. I have a Dartmoor pony and two dogs so am able to fill my day with chores but would love to meet someone who would offer a different perspective that complemented and enriched my life.
I am compassionate, caring and thoughtful. And would hope to find similar qualities in someone who wanted to be in my company.

You need to be reasonably comfortable in your own skin and able to survive without needing someone to prop you up. That said, a kind and sensitive individual who wants to share experiences with someone special and with whom they feel at ease is very important.
