I enjoy getting out and living life - whether exploring overseas, trying a new restaurant or spending time with friends and family. I like to keep active and appreciate the great outdoors. But I can also be tempted with a nice glass of red!
I enjoy watching football but to keep active myself, I love being outdoors walking or hiking, or in the gym doing HIIT classes (and, reluctantly, strength and conditioning)
